Sensors and Controls

Modutech Multi-sensors can be integrated at the time of manufacture or retrofitted into existing buildings. Whether you want to monitor a single building, a local or global fleet, a single site or multiple sites, your system is fully scalable and virtually unlimited in the number of sensors and controllers. Your Multi-sensor modules are pre-programmed and tested at our factory and ready to be installed and powered up the moment they arrive.

Central Brain

The Modutech Brain unit uses standard wifi at your site to communicate with all Modutech sensors, actuators and controllers. Operators at the site can log into a secure dashboard to monitor, compare, and control in real-time as required. With a standard internet connection or our 4G/5G/Satellite gateway, you can have the same level of reporting and control from anywhere in the world via a secure login page.

Reports & Controls

Every sensor, actuator and control in your building is accessible through the Modutech Control Dashboard. Either locally on-site or from anywhere in the world via an internet connection, you have a complete picture of what is going on in, on and around your buildings. Our dashboard software enables real-time monitoring, controls such as cutting off power, locking doors and even turning off water supplies.

Modutech multi-sensors provide real-time information on any measurable data. Choose which sensors you require:

EnergySAVER Modules – Available in Basic, Plus and Pro versions, our simple add-on module unlocks energy-saving features, monitors unit health and gives you full control over your camp’s HVAC units, all over our secure protocol.

(X1) HVAC ‘Black Box’ – By simply connecting our HVAC monitor to your building’s existing AC/HVAC unit, you can measure energy use, humidity, temperature, efficiency, vibration, noise and even know when the filter is changed.

(E1) Energy Monitor – Know exactly how much energy your building is using, compare it to others, detect faults and automatically cut off power should it be required.

(W1) Water Monitor – Detect leaks, high humidity, and monitor water use with our W1 Water monitor. Our optional valve controller can close main valves and stop potential damage should a fault be detected. This simple bolt-on monitor can be installed at the time of manufacture or retrofitted to fit most buildings.

The Modutech brain unit adds a level of intelligence to your building. The brain works directly with Modutech switches, lights, sensors over wifi in order to automate, measure and control buildings.
