With unique, world-class projects spanning the globe, Dubai based modular design firm ‘Monitac‘ consistently ups their game in the modular space. With multi-disciplined design team and seasoned leadership in founder Richard Scott-Smith, the company found itself looking for technology that could launch it ahead of the competition and enable their clients to meet 21st-century sustainability goals. While off-the-shelf smarthome products could meet some of the needs of their clients, they found there was a serious void in products that were robust, flexible and cost-effective enough to be used in their modular products.
